Solemnity of St. Vincent de Paul in Kyiv
On September 27, 2019 the Vincentian Family celebrated the Solemnity of St. Vincent de Paul, presbyter and founder of the Congregation of the Mission, patron saint for works of mercy all over the world.
On that day, lots of guests assembled at Bozhyi Dar House in Kyiv. The solemn celebration began with the Eucharistic adoration, which was followed by the Solemn Vespers. Thereafter, all invited guests had a chance to honor the relics of St. Vincent de Paul.
The solemn Holy Mass was celebrated by Fr. Vitalii Kozak, OSD.
We thank God for the gift of life for Saint Vincent de Paul, for his works of mercy and desire to serve the poor and people in need!
