From the Life of the Association of the Miraculous Medal (A.M.M.)

During the war, we felt the value of the Miraculous Medal, given to us by the Virgin Mary, even more deeply. This simple sign carries a message of faith and hope in God’s presence in every person’s life. Therefore, now more than ever, it’s crucial for us to spread the Medal of the Virgin Mary.

In February 2025, we explored several parishes within the Kyiv-Zhytomyr Diocese:

– We visited the parishes of St. Andrew and the Conversion of Apostle Paul in Zhytomyr and shared stories about the Miraculous Medal. The Virgin Mary desires to be close to everyone, particularly those who suffer. God chose to enter this world through Mary and now wishes to bestow graces through Her. The Miraculous Medal stands as a testament to God’s love through Mary. We extend our gratitude to Father Andriy, the pastor of these parishes, and all the parishioners for their warmth and openness.

– The spiritual richness provided to us by the Mother of God through the Miraculous Medal has also reached Puliny in the parish of St. John Nepomucene, as well as neighbouring parishes in the villages of Koshelivka, Radetska Bolyarka, and Yasenyvka. By entrusting our lives, those around us, and our country to the Virgin Mary, we cannot go wrong; rather, we allow Her to lead us to Jesus. We thank Father Pavlo Biloshitsky and all the parishioners for their warmth, openness, and desire to enrich themselves spiritually.

In our time, the Miraculous Medal is embraced by all people of goodwill, united by a profound desire for peace. This includes volunteers and soldiers who receive the medal with open hearts. On February 18, we prepared another letter to the members of the AMM, inviting them to unite in prayer once more, to feel like an integral part of the Church’s message, which proclaims the good news of the Kingdom of God.
